Pet-Friendly Apartments

Highlands is proud to offer Pet-Friendly Apartments in Blacksburg, Virginia! Our pet-friendly apartment community has the following conditions: Maximum of 3 pets allowed per unit; if pet exceeds 50lbs. at FULL maturity, a pet interview must be conducted prior to move-in. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, and Spitz.
